Job description

Independent Contractor – School Psychologist 

Location: Montgomery County, PA (School-Based)

Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Schedule: As Needed / Flexible

Pay: $70–$80 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

This is a position within the Upper Merion School District. The selected Psychologist would be assigned one elementary as the only psych there and one middle school to do evaluations (there is another psych assigned to the middle school). The primary role would be evaluations, although they will also help with the MTSS team. Full time and in person.

  • Active Pennsylvania School Psychologist Certification (required)
  • Experience with early intervention and/or school-based evaluations
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and report-writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
  • Knowledge of special education regulations and best practices
