WHAT TO EXPECT

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Siloam Springs, AR plant, you will be a Mechanical Engineer.

The Mechanical Engineer is a hands-on technical leader who partners with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Quality, Product Development, and Maintenance teams to drive equipment performance, process efficiency, and cost-effective solutions across the facility. This role plays a critical part in supporting day-to-day operations while leading capital projects, tooling initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.

Our Mechanical Engineer will bring proactive, solutions-oriented approach to optimizing equipment reliability and manufacturing processes, while collaborating cross-functionally to solve complex challenges and improve overall plant performance.

Key responsibilities (to name a few):
  • Lead and manage multiple capital projects (up to 10 concurrently), with annual project spend responsibility of approximately $1M, ensuring delivery on scope, budget, and timeline
  • Own the full capital project lifecycle, including scope definition, vendor selection and technical justification, installation coordination, equipment commissioning, and project closeout
  • Manage the full lifecycle of plant tooling, including design, specifications, procurement, documentation, drawing control, and replacement planning
  • Support annual tooling budget forecasting by analyzing prior-year spend and planning for future tooling needs
  • Provide tooling support across all major value streams, ensuring alignment with production and operational requirements
  • Deliver daily engineering support to production and maintenance teams, including troubleshooting, asset data, spare parts, and technical documentation
  • Partner with global manufacturing sites to support tooling initiatives, including tooling identification, drawing reviews, vendor coordination, repair solutions, and technical clarification
ABOUT YOU
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Project management experience or PMP certification preferred
  • Working knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5-Why, Fishbone, DOE, 8D)
  • Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
