Job description

THE ROLE
We are looking for Retail Workers to join our team at St. John Fisher in Rochester, NY for Buffalo Bills Training Camp. As a Retail Worker, you will create a fun, welcoming environment while engaging guests with personalized sales recommendations and take ownership of merchandise presentation, inventory, and overall operational excellence. Opening in the 2026 NFL season, The New Highmark Stadium will become the new home of the Buffalo Bills. As the largest construction project in Western New York history, this stadium will have state-of-the-art technology that will enhance the fan experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Provide an exciting, positive, and fun environment for our diverse team & fan base

  • Greet guests & ascertain their interest, so you may make sales recommendations

  • Create an exciting, positive, and welcoming environment for our diverse team and fan base

  • Warmly greet guests, assess their needs, and confidently make personalized sales recommendations

  • Take ownership of cleaning, restocking, and other assigned duties to maintain a high standard of appearance and readiness

  • Promote merchandise by suggesting complementary and add-on items to maximize sales

  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and proper use to enhance the guest experience

  • Maintain organized merchandise displays, accurate inventory counts, and assist with inventory management as needed

  • Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.

  • Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.

  • Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.

  • Other duties as assigned by management.

  • Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)

QUALIFICATIONS

COMPENSATION
Competitive salary starting at $17/hour commensurate with experience.
