About the Opportunity

At Comforting, Loving & Helping Hands Home Care, we provide individualized, respectful inhome support to clients with autism and developmental needs. We are seeking experienced CNAs, HHAs, or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide oneonone care and behavioral support to clients in the Sanford, FL area.

This role is ideal for professionals who are patient, observant, and confident supporting individuals with autism in a homebased setting.

Who This Role Is Best For

This position is wellsuited for individuals who:

  • Have at least two (2) years of paid experience in home health, behavioral support, or developmental services
  • Have experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Are comfortable following structured routines and care plans
  • Use calm communication, redirection, and supportive behavioral strategies
  • Prefer oneonone, inhome assignments
