We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting & Analytics Contractor to help us navigate this transition. This role will partner closely with our in-house analytics and technology teams to assess the current state of reporting, define a future state analytics vision, and execute a practical roadmap that supports both day to day operations and longer-term, forward-looking capabilities.
The contractor will play a key role in reimagining how we measure and monitor performance, operational health, and regulated reporting-leveraging modern data platforms, automation, and advanced analytics. This includes building scalable reporting solutions, improving data quality and consistency, and exploring more predictive and AI enabled approaches to identify trends, risks, and opportunities earlier.

* Advanced SQL skills (building and optimizing complex queries for analytics workloads)
* Experience building repeatable automation using Python and/or R for data preparation, validation, or report automation
* Experience working with enterprise source systems such as Salesforce data and/or SAP, and translating those into consumable analytics structures
* Strong documentation habits-able to clearly explain metric definitions, dataset logic, refresh schedules, and support processes
* Able to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver iteratively in an agile delivery rhythm
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
* Experience with EDP (or comparable enterprise data platform/warehouse) and enterprise engagement processes
* Experience with Databricks (data prep, notebooks, pipelines)
* Familiarity with Power Platform automation (Power Automate/Power Apps/Dataverse)
* Experience building standardized metric libraries/shared KPI definitions across a department
