Position: Overseas Contractor (Data Modernization initiative Test Lead)
Location: Irvine, CA (3 - 5 days onsite/week)
Duration: 6 Months C2H.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Test Lead & Business Analyst to join our team. In this dual role, you will lead our testing efforts and contribute to our Data and business analysis activities.
Expertise in both areas will ensure that our solutions meet the highest quality standards and align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Lead Responsibilities:
Lead the testing team in planning, execution, and reporting of all testing activities.
Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
Ensure test coverage, track defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure that testing processes meet quality standards.
Must have experience working on large volume Data Migration project
Experience working on modernization initiative using Cloud technology(AWS, Azure, GCP) will be plus
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
Identify and propose improvements to business processes.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
