Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing infusion nursing agency. This role will assist across multiple departments included in our operations and clinical coordination, ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support across departments (intake, operations, and clinical team)
  • Maintain and organize contractor files, ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Support scheduling coordination and communication with field clinicians
