Job description

Part-Time Customer Service / Order Entry for medical device company located in Irvine.

This is a long-term Temporary need for 2-3 months, or longer. Hours are 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Paying $22-25/hr, depending on experience. Ideal candidate will have professional demeanor.

Essential Duties:

  • Setting up of accounts and order entry of new orders.
  • Follow up regarding status of existing orders.

Requirements:

  • Min 1 year Administrative/Customer Service with order entry experience.
  • Accurate Data Entry at min 7,500 kph; 50 wpm.
  • Experience using CRM system; co will train on their system (SalesForce).
  • Ability to catch on quickly and work independently or with a team.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
