Chet’s Rent-All, an established equipment and tool rental company serving the greater Detroit area since 1946, is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Office Assistant to join our team.
With eight locations and decades of experience, we’ve built our reputation on dependable service, quality equipment, and strong relationships with contractors, homeowners, and project enthusiasts throughout the area.

About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated individual with experience in accounts payable, accounting, or office administration. This position will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, entering data, and providing general administrative support to our team.
Your attention to detail and organizational skills will play an important role in keeping our accounting operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain Accounts Payable transactions
  • Enter invoices and financial information accurately into QuickBooks
  • Assist with general accounting and administrative duties
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records
  • Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide administrative and financial support to team members
  • Assist with additional office and accounting tasks as needed
