  • Monitor and evaluate student progress through data\-driven practices\n

  • Deliver individualized and small\-group instruction aligned with student goals.\n

  • Participate in evaluations, team meetings, and multidisciplinary planning.\n

  • Partner with general education teachers to promote inclusive classroom strategies.\n

  • Create, implement, and manage compliant Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).\n

    1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.\n

    2. Completion of a recognized Special Education preparation program.\n
      <\/li>\n
    3. Strong understanding of IDEA guidelines and IEP development.\n
      <\/li>\n
    4. Valid Washington State Special Education Teaching Certification (P-12) or eligibility to obtain.\n
      <\/li>\n
    5. Successful completion of required Washington state certification exams (e.g., WEST\-E or equivalent).\n
