What is an incentive analyst?

An Incentive Analyst is a professional who designs, evaluates, and manages incentive programs within a company, such as sales commissions, bonuses, and other performance-based rewards. Their primary role is to ensure that these programs align with business goals and effectively motivate employees or partners. Incentive Analysts use data analysis to assess program effectiveness, recommend adjustments, and ensure compliance with company policies. They often collaborate with HR, finance, and sales departments to implement and communicate incentive plans.
