Inbound Sales Representative - Tax ReliefGuardian Tax is expanding and looking for motivated sales professionals who are ready to take advantage of a high-income opportunity with a steady flow of inbound leads.
If you enjoy connecting with people, overcoming objections, and closing deals, this role offers the chance to earn uncapped commissions while helping individuals resolve serious tax issues and regain financial peace of mind.
This is not a cold-calling position. Every prospect you speak with has already reached out for assistance and is actively looking for solutions.
What You'll Be Doing- Take inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief services
- Build trust and establish credibility quickly
- Evaluate each client's situation and identify the best solution
- Guide prospects through the sales process from consultation to close
- Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
- Manage follow-up activities and maintain an active pipeline
- Consistently work toward individual and team performance goals
Compensation- 15% commission on every closed deal
- Average earnings: $7,000-$13,000 per month
- Top performers earn $15,000-$24,000+ monthly

Qualifications- At least 6 months of phone sales experience
- Strong communication and closing abilities
- Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment
- Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated
- Able to manage a high volume of conversations daily
- Experience in debt relief, tax relief, collections, call center sales, solar, insurance, or high-ticket sales is a plus
