The Opportunity

Leavitt Machinery is looking for a motivated Inbound eCommerce Sales Representative to join our team in Surrey, British Columbia. In this role, you will be responsible for inbound sales and managing our e-commerce platform, TruPar.com.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the eCommerce Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound sales leads received by phone, chat, and email requests
  • Maintaining relationships with repeat customers
  • Responding to form submissions and delivering accurate quotes to customers
  • Guiding customers with identifying the correct parts and upselling where appropriate
  • Collaborating with Customer Service Representatives and Account Executives
  • Maintaining relationships with repeat customers
  • Maintaining accurate information in the CRM

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

  • 1 to 3 years of previous sales experience
  • Prior experience working with an ecommerce platform and/or CRM system is an asset
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
  • Post-secondary education in a related field such as business administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Coachable and a willingness to continuously learn

The base pay for this role is: $45,000 annually plus uncapped commission. Total on-target earnings in the first year estimated at approximately $65,000.

This is an onsite role based in Surrey, British Columbia.
