We currently we are looking for 2 more licensed health insurance agents to receive inbound calls for Medicare Advantage enrollments during AEP. This opportunity to for motivated agents to work flexible hours helping individuals secure a plan for 2027. The candidate must have medicare experience (no exceptions) and must be currently in good standing with your state department of insurance and be released from all carrier appointments.

This role involves receiving very warm inbound calls using company provided software, with no travel requirements. We will provide periodic check ins to support your work as you need assistance. Bilingual candidates are preferred to better serve our diverse client base. This unique role allows you to set your hours and schedule, allow you to select your hourly + commission schedule and includes bonuses payable for top producers. Potential for post AEP opportunities as you obtain additional experience.



Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound warm calls as a licensed insurance agent
  • Complete 2027 Medicare Advantage certifications
  • Conduct Medicare Advantage plan reviews
  • Work indepandently with periodc team check-ins
  • Utilize company provided software tools efficiently
  • Maintain compliance as a released agent from past agencies and be able to obtain appointment from all carriers in the markets being served
  • Communicate effectively with clients, preferably in multiple languages



Required / Preferred Qualifications


  • Licensed Health Insurance Agent
  • Released from all prior carrier appointments
  • Must be able to add additional state appointments for non-resident liscensing
  • Completion of 2027 Medicare Certifications (AHIP or other)
  • Have E&O insurance
  • Required Medicare sales experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Efficient time management
