Location: Jacksonville, FL
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support through phone, email, chat, SMS, and social media channels.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding products, brand information, website navigation, and customer concerns.
  • Assist customers with online order placement, payment processing, returns, exchanges, and order-related issues.
  • Educate customers on warranty coverage, repair options, and company policies.
  • Turn inbound customer interactions into sales opportunities when appropriate and conduct follow-up outreach as needed.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and case details within CRM systems.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of inbound call center or customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging customer situations.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
