The Supply Chain and Fulfillment Associate is in charge of supporting the end-to-end supply chain process, including inbound logistics, import execution, warehouse coordination, and outbound fulfillment across E-commerce and Wholesale channels. This critical, highly tactical role ensures product flows efficiently from factory through final delivery while optimizing lead times, managing freight and landed costs, and maintaining clear communication across internal and external partners. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and is comfortable managing shifting priorities and deliverables. This individual will work independently to execute day-to-day supply chain activities, identify and resolve issues, and ensure operational excellence and on-time delivery. The Supply Chain and Operations team is increasingly leveraging AI-enabled tools to create more efficient processes, improve visibility, and strengthen decision-making. This role will be expected to embrace and contribute to these evolving tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipment Creation and Vendor Coordination

●       Partner with Agents and Vendors to confirm production status, cargo ready dates, and shipment readiness.

●       Create shipments against Purchase Orders and ensure accurate system entry, documentation, and shipment tracking.

●       Review and validate shipping documentation, including commercial invoices and packing lists, to ensure compliance and accuracy.

●       Monitor and reconcile warehouse receipts against Purchase Orders, investigating and resolving discrepancies in partnership with Warehouse and Production teams.

 Inbound Logistics and Freight Management

●       Execute inbound logistics processes from cargo ready date through warehouse receipt, ensuring timely delivery of inventory.

●       Partner with freight forwarders, Agents, and Production teams to track shipments and resolve delays or exceptions.

●       Monitor freight costs against budget and support efforts to manage landed freight expenses.

●       Communicate inbound shipment status and timing updates to cross-functional teams to support planning and fulfillment readiness.

 Fulfillment Operations and Budget Support

●       Support management of fulfillment and freight budgets by tracking expenses and identifying cost variances.

●       Partner with Warehouse teams to ensure operational readiness, including staffing alignment with inbound and outbound volume.

●       Provide monthly inbound and outbound unit forecasts to support warehouse staffing and operational planning.

●       Ensure timely and accurate product availability to support both E-commerce, Wholesale and Marketplace fulfillment.

Wholesale Fulfillment and Inventory Allocation

●       Communicate weekly shipping and allocation strategies to support Wholesale partners and Department Store fulfillment.

●       Review and analyze Wholesale orders and inventory availability to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.

●       Support Wholesale and Department Store order integrity through coordination with Sales and Warehouse teams.

●       Support the Wholesale Forecasting Process with plan- actual reporting.

 Inventory Integrity, Communication, and Process Improvement

●       Ensure inventory accuracy by identifying, investigating, and resolving receipt and allocation discrepancies.

●       Provide regular communication on inbound timing, inventory availability, and fulfillment risks to cross-functional teams.

●       Partner with Systems, Production, Wholesale, and Warehouse teams to support efficient operational workflows.

●       Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation of solutions to improve efficiency and execution.

 Qualifications

●       Bachelor’s degree in Business or other applicable disciplines

●       1-3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Fulfillment

●       Experience managing supply chain systems, Purchase Orders, and vendor/logistics relationships

●       Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions

●       Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions

●       Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively manage issues and execute timely resolutions

●       Ability to balance multiple deliverables with hands-on execution in a fast-paced operational environment

●       Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with strong Excel skills required

●       Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

●       Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams

●       Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and can work effectively in a remote setting

Compensation Range

$70,000–$75,000 / year
