As an Inbound Lead Development Representative (LDR), you will be the first point of contact for new prospects engaging with AVEVA through marketing campaigns, digital channels, and events. Your goal is toidentifyqualified prospects, uncover business needs, and create high-quality opportunities that contribute to AVEVA's sales pipeline.

You'llwork closely with Sales, Marketing, andTechnicalteams to ensuretimelyand personalized follow-up with leads, whilemaintainingexceptional data quality and providing a positive, value-driven experience to everyexisting orpotential customer.

AVEVA offers a 6-week training program for new hires to get up to speed with our software solutions and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify and developnew salesopportunities from inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and web inquiries.

  • Executetimely, personalized outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage leads and convert interest into qualified opportunities.

  • Research and assess inbound leads toevaluateleadfitandopportunity potential.

  • Develop a solid understanding of AVEVA's solutions and value propositions to clearly articulate how they address customer pain points andpriorities.

  • Use tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage lead queues, engageprospects, andmaintainaccurateCRM data.

  • Maintain alimited outbound opportunity targetto develop prospecting skillsinpreparationfor advancement into a senior outbound-focusedLDRrole.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed performance metrics for lead follow-up, qualifiedopportunities, and pipeline progression through the sales cycle.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field;or equivalent professional experience.

  • 1+ years of sales or related experience in a B2B environment (preferably SaaSorindustrial technology).

  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and written) with confidence inqualifyinginbound prospects.

  • Strong listening and discovery skills; able toidentifypain points and articulate relevant solutions.

  • Ability to learn quicklywith curiosity to understand complex products and customer challenges.

  • Self-starter with a motivated,collaborative,and results-driven approach.

  • Proficiencywith CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
