Job description

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing person to join our team as an Inbound Lead Specialist.

You will contact people who have already requested help from our agency, ask a few qualifying questions, gather basic information, and connect them with a licensed insurance agent.

This is not traditional telemarketing or cold calling. All leads are provided and have already requested a quote from us.

Position Details

  • In-office position
  • MondayFriday, 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.
  • $20+ per hour based on performance
  • Performance bonuses available
  • No insurance experience required
  • Paid training provided


What Youll Do

  • Contact interested leads by phone
  • Ask qualifying questions
  • Gather and document client information
  • Transfer qualified clients to licensed agents
  • Help prepare information for insurance quotes

  • Make outbound calls to verify client information and connect them with our licensed sales team.
  • Work with the sales team to create sales opportunities.
  • Celebrate with the team when goals are achieved.

Requirements
  • Must be able to pass a pre-hire background and drug screening.
  • Must be reliable and able to show up M-F 8-5 consistently
  • Must enjoy talking to people and have an outgoing personality
  • Must be able to multitask on a computer
