This is a closing role, not a hunting one. You will work warm inbound commercial leads with an average close rate above 50 percent. These are business owners who are ready to buy, not just browse. There’s no cold calling, no prospecting, and no chasing. Your job is to guide the conversation, present solutions with clarity, and close confidently. We provide the leads, the process, and the tools. You bring the pace, focus, and follow-through.


What You Will Do

- Turn inbound leads into active commercial insurance clients

- Follow a proven sales process from quote to close

- Communicate clearly and move deals forward without delay

- Keep your CRM updated and your pipeline moving

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handoffs

- Take feedback well, stay coachable, and hit performance goals

We are looking for someone who:

- Is bilingual (Spanish/English) and comfortable having professional conversations in both languages

- Has at least 2 years of commercial insurance experience (preferred, not required)

- Is licensed or ready to become licensed. We cover the cost

- Can pick things up quickly and act on them

- Thrives in a fast-paced, accountable environment

- Is motivated by results and driven to improve


What We Offer

- $60K base salary or commissions, whichever pays more. By month three we expect you to be only making commissions with how our model is structured in the agent’s favor

- First-year earnings typically exceed $100K

- Health, dental, and vision coverage with 50 percent employer contribution
