Position: Customer Service Representative

Worksite: Austin, TX

Duration: 11 months (Possible extension)

Shift: Monday – Friday (any 8-hour shift between 7 AM to 7 PM CST)

Pay: $20/HR on W2

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting Medicaid providers and clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume contact center and the ability to deliver accurate information, document interactions, and meet attendance and performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and program questions.
  • Respond promptly, courteously, and concisely to phone inquiries.
  • Document all interactions in clear and concise online logs.
  • Transfer callers to appropriate Call Center units when necessary.
  • Meet individual performance standards, including strict attendance and productivity metrics.
  • Assist with problem resolution and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum six months of recent, verifiable experience in a high-volume contact center.
  • Ability to adhere to strict attendance and performance metrics.
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Local to Austin, TX, with availability for any 8-hour shift between 7 am and 7 pm.
