A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Telephone Banker (Inbound Call Center) in East Providence, RI. The Telephone Banker would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. Full time / 40 hrs/wk.


Telephone Banker Compensation: pay $26.00/hr; benefits available after 90 days401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates)

Telephone Banker Highlights: Direct Hire; on-site inbound call center role; 1st & 2nd shift options; required availability may include weekends/holidays based on schedule needs

Telephone Banker Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries with a strong client-first approach
  • Uncover client needs and recommend appropriate products/solutions
  • Open/fulfill consumer banking products (checking/savings, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, loans)
  • Quote rates/terms/programs and ensure accurate documentation
  • Identify needs that require additional partners and make warm referrals
  • Follow required policies/processes and manage risk in each transaction

Telephone Banker Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days

  • Comfortable working on-site in East Providence, RI
  • Flexibility to work assigned schedule (may include weekends/holidays)
  • Intermediate computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems
  • Strong communication, active listening, problem-solving, and professionalism
  • Comfortable receiving ongoing coaching/feedback
