Job description

The Opportunity
Adobe Security is seeking a Director of Security Program Management role. This role will drive collaboration between Security and partner organizations. It will establish execution rigor while avoiding friction. The leader will develop a high-performing senior Technical Program Management team. The team spans Cyber Operations, Product Security, Security Architecture, OCSO, and GRC. The position scales Security's impact across Adobe. This outstanding role requires technical expertise, strategic leadership, and strong operational skills. The ideal candidate will multiply impact by building the team, connections, and systems that turn strategy into measurable risk reduction at scale.
The Challenge
Execution & Operating Rhythm Excellence
  • Own the full Security execution funnel, from defining targets and measurable outcomes through delivery, measurement, and executive reporting
  • Translate enterprise and Security objectives into cohesive, cross-org execution roadmaps aligned to diverse planning cadences
  • Drive portfolio prioritization and dependency management across Cyber Ops, Product Security, Architecture, GRC, and OCSO
  • Establish clear security outcomes and success metrics, impact and risk reduction.

Multi-functional Leadership, Communication & Influence
  • Drive alignment without authority by building deep, durable relationships across Adobe
  • Lead senior-level forums to surface tradeoffs, resolve execution conflicts, and accelerate decision-making across organizations resulting in more secure products for Adobe.
  • Integrate objectives and key results, Software Lifecycle checkpoints, risk gates, and portfolio metrics into execution workflows working in cooperation with Secure Lifecycle governance

Technical Program Execution and Organizational Leadership
  • Build, evolve, and enforce Security PMO governance, operating cadence, and reporting standards
  • Ensure consistent access to health, risk, dependencies, and delivery outcomes for executives
  • Leverage automation, analytics, drive AI powered change within the Security PMO to improve execution efficiency and signal quality
  • Lead and develop a senior team of technical portfolio leaders
  • Build leadership capability, succession pipelines, and a culture of accountability and ownership
  • Mentor leaders to operate as enterprise integrators, not siloed program managers

  • 10+ years leading large-scale, cross-enterprise programs in complex tech environments
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and system architectures
  • Skilled in program build, governance, and operating models
  • Strong communication and ability to build trust quickly and influence senior leaders, engineering teams, and business collaborators.
  • Experience applying AI/ML to operational challenges, especially for automation, analytics, or efficiency improvements

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $171,900 -- $326,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $225,700 - $326,800
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
