We are a leading provider of beverage solutions, specializing in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fountain soda machines for businesses across [Region/Area]. With a focus on exceptional service and customer satisfaction, we are looking to expand our team with a dedicated and experienced Service Technician who has a passion for hands on work and problem solving.

 Job Description:
As a Fountain Soda Machine Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fountain soda machines at client locations. This includes troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring machines are operating efficiently, and providing excellent customer service. You will work directly with customers to ensure that their machines are functioning at optimal levels and provide technical support as needed.

 Responsibilities:
  •  Installation & Setup: Install new fountain soda machines at customer locations, ensuring proper operation and safety protocols.
  •  Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of fountain soda machines, including the carbonation, refrigeration, and dispensing systems.
  •  Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, explaining machine functions, and ensuring customers’ needs are met.
  •  System Diagnostics: Use diagnostic tools to identify issues with machines, including mechanical, electrical, or water flow problems, and take necessary corrective action.
  •  Record Keeping: Maintain accurate service logs, inventory records, and customer feedback.
  •  Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations related to beverage equipment installation and repair.
  •  Travel: Travel to various customer locations within the designated service area, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

 Requirements:
  •  Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in installing or repairing fountain soda machines, commercial refrigeration, or similar technical roles.
  •  Technical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components of fountain soda machines. Familiarity with electrical wiring, refrigeration systems, and water filtration systems is a plus.
  •  Problem Solving: Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to think critically when addressing technical issues.
  •  Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
