Pay: $1795 - $2163 | Shift: 5x8 Evenings


Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse with a passion for providing exceptional care in a long-term care setting? Do you thrive in environments where attention to detail and leadership are key? If so, our healthcare partner is looking for someone like you to join their team in New Lisbon, WI. This role is vital in assisting with day-to-day nursing activities and ensuring the highest quality of care for residents.


As a Registered Nurse in this long-term care facility, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the well-being of residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Timely communication with physicians, families, and others regarding significant changes in resident condition
  • Completing all applicable resident assessments
  • Administering medication while following the 5 Rights
  • Performing wound care and assessments as needed
  • Assisting CNAs with answering call lights
  • Monitoring residents for changes in condition
  • Acting as a leader on the floor by assessing and directing situations as needed
  • Reporting any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator
  • Maintaining accurate resident records with thorough and accurate charting

To be successful in this role, you should have:
