Job description

Help make a difference in the lives of our patients and find your purpose providing care and dignity to the Medical Unit 2 patient population!

In this role, you'll lead a team of patient care providers that include Licensed Practical Nurses and Nursing Assistants, where you'll participate in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for our patients, providing them a high standard of care within all guidelines, policies and regulations. 

To succeed, you'll need to work well independently and with others, and have the desire and ability to communicate well with coworkers, patients and their families. You should be able to assess and solve problems, switch gears swiftly and be able to adapt to handle multiple tasks in a short period of time.

Schedule

  • Full-time | 60 hours every two weeks | Onsite
  • Night shift | 12-hour shifts | 7pm-7:30am
  • 1 weekend per 4-week schedule(Fri-Sun) | Every 3rd holiday

Pay and Benefits:

  • Pay based on experience and degree
    • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour

    • Bachelor's in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour

    • Master's in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour

    • Pay range: $42.86 - $71.51 per hour

  • Earn extra pay for working evening/night/weekend shifts 
  • $3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates!

Qualifications

  • Graduate from a nursing program and current MN RN license required
  • BSN required within three years
