Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business by conducting follow-up phone calls with key contacts established through direct sales efforts.

  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.

  • Clearly communicate service offerings and value propositions both in person and over the phone.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities in company systems.

  • Organize and prioritize weekly outreach to maximize efficiency and results.

  • Demonstrate strong follow-through on all customer interactions and sales opportunities.

  • Collaborate with team members to support overall sales objectives and customer satisfaction.

  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times while delivering excellent customer service.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage customers confidently in person and over the phone.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while visiting client locations.

  • Ability to climb stairs and navigate residential and commercial properties.

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and light precipitation.

  • Sufficient mobility to enter and exit a vehicle frequently throughout the day.

  • Ability to use a phone and computer for extended periods while performing sales and administrative tasks.
