  • $23.00/hour + $0.75 schedule premium (just for 2-2-3 schedule nights)
  • $23.50/hour at 90 days + $0.75 schedule premium (just for 2-2-3 schedule nights)
  • $24.00/hour at 1 year + $0.75 schedule premium (just for 2-2-3 schedule nights)
Main Responsibility:
Responsible for all aspects of producing Aluminum Polymer Coated Magnet Wire safely and efficiently including staging, set up, testing, packaging, documentation, and the integrity of the equipment and infrastructure used in the process.
Additional Responsibilities:
    • Follow Production Orders, ISO Work Instructions, Safe Work Instructions, and other production documents.
    • Perform routine preventative machine maintenance.
    • Select and stage proper supplies and feedstock; string up machines; set machines and controls for proper operation.
    • Continuously monitor production to ensure the product meets specifications.
    • Maintain optimal efficiency and productivity and minimal scrap.
    • Perform start-up and periodic quality testing.
    • Maintain safe machine operation.
    • Maintain production records.
    • Safely load and unload raw materials and finished goods.
    • Maintain a high level of housekeeping and maintenance throughout the facility.

  • 2-2-3 Schedule
  • 12-hour shift

Position Specifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 3 years of recent manufacturing/warehouse experience and a total of 5 years of related experience in total.
  • Knowledge of safety, distribution, and manufacturing best practices.
  • High level of mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with basic hand tools and measuring devices, verified through work history and references.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Preference for candidates demonstrating recent, consistent work history.
  • Preference for candidates with a strong work ethic, reliability, and a demonstrated commitment to professional growth in a manufacturing setting.
  • Forklift certification is preferred.
