Our Research and Development team is seeking fit model to assist in refining our products for the YoungLA for Her line!


Needed with application:

  • Measurements: Bust, Waist, Hip, Cup size, Height
  • Photos: front, side, back
  • Attire: Black sports bra & fitted shorts, hair pulled up / off the body


Ideal Size S Measurements

  • Bust: 33.5-35
  • Waist: 26.5-27 inches
  • Hips: 36-38 inches


Ideal Size M Measurements

  • Bust: 35.5-37
  • Waist: 28-29 inches
  • Hips: 38-40 inches


Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend scheduled garment fittings with product development team.
  • Try on sample apparel, including tops, bottoms, sports bras, outerwear, and other performance garments.
  • Provide clear, honest feedback on garment fit, comfort, mobility, and overall functionality.
  • Perform basic movement exercises (e.g., walking, stretching, squatting, lunging, reaching, and jogging in place) to evaluate garment performance.
  • Maintain consistent body measurements within the brand's required fit specifications.
  • Stand for extended periods during fitting sessions as adjustments are made.
  • Follow fitting schedules and arrive on time for appointments.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality regarding unreleased products and designs.


EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience in modeling or garment fittings is a plus.
