Job Summary Job Summary Literacy Partners is seeking a full-time Staff Developer/Literacy Consultant to deliver high-quality, research-based professional development to schools across the Greater Los Angeles area.

In this role, you will partner closely with teachers, administrators, and school communities to design and facilitate customized workshops and coaching that strengthen literacy instruction and improve student outcomes. The position focuses on supporting educators in implementing effective reading, writing, and phonics practices, while building strong relationships that foster collaboration, trust, and continuous growth. Ideal candidates bring deep classroom experience, a background in instructional coaching, and a strong commitment to equity, student-centered learning, and transformative literacy education.
