Our agency opened in 2009 and is a team of eight built on strong leadership, integrity, and long-term relationships. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served as an HR Director, bringing a people-focused and structured approach to how we lead and support our team.
I hold a Bachelorโ€™s degree in HR Management and Finance from New Mexico State University and have been married for 24 years with three sons. Iโ€™m actively involved in my church and mission work in Kenya, where my wife has a school named after her. Iโ€™ve also served as Board President of the Samaritan Counseling Center.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chris Wray - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customersโ€™ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
