Graduate Sales Representative

LOCATION: Sterling Heights, Michigan (Office Based)

SALARY: $60,000 – $90,000 OTE

WORKING HOURS: 7:00am – 4:30pm

About the Role

Are you an ambitious graduate looking to kick-start your career in sales? We're looking for a confident, motivated and driven individual to join our growing US sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in business development, relationship building and account management while receiving hands-on training and support from an experienced team. You'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, working closely with our Area Sales Representatives to help grow our customer base across the US.

What We're Looking For
  • Recent graduate or someone looking to start a career in sales, business development or account management.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and building relationships.
  • Comfortable spending a large part of the day on the phone making outbound calls.
  • Motivated, resilient and driven to achieve targets.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems, including CRM software.
  • A proactive team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
  • Previous customer service, retail, hospitality or sales experience is beneficial but not essential.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred, but all degree subjects will be considered.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to learn new systems and CRM software quickly.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, trade shows and training.
