We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to one of our client and you will be hired as full time employee(W2). No C2C/1099.

Roles & Responsibilities

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Lead implementation of AI-driven SDLC leveraging GitHub Copilot and GenAI tools across development, testing, and DevOps.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Define standards for AI-assisted coding, prompt engineering, and secure enterprise adoption of GenAI.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Architect and govern API-first ecosystems supporting Policy, Claims, Billing, and Underwriting platforms.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Design scalable microservices and API platforms using cloud technologies (AWS) and API gateways.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Drive developer productivity improvements through automation, reusable frameworks, and platform engineering practices.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Establish governance for API lifecycle, security (OAuth2, OIDC), and observability.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to align technology with business goals.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Engage with clients, present architecture solutions, and support RFPs, SOWs, and executive communications.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Lead client interactions, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and stakeholder alignment.

Skills & Qualifications

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  10-12+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with focus on APIs and microservices.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Strong expertise in API design (REST, GraphQL), microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS).

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-enabled development workflows.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Understanding of insurance domain (Policy, Claims, Billing); experience with PAS platforms is preferred.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Strong client management and communication skills, with ability to engage executive stakeholders.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Excellent presentation, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ability to bridge business and technology with an AI-first mindset.
