Job description

The Incentives and Recognition Coordinator will assist with the development and execution of

all recognition programs and projects to our field agents and their individual base shops.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining the Recognition and Incentives inbox

Managing all client-facing communication with reward recipients (high performing agents) via

phone and email

Assemble, ship and inventory monthly, quarterly and event recognition pieces

Procure and ensure POs are completed

Responsible for completion of orders ensuring inventory is maintained

Create standard operation procedures (SOP's) for ordering and archiving recognition list

Work closely with the Marketing Department on Social Media campaigns and initiatives

Process invoices in timely manner

Assist departmental leader to develop and adhere to budgets

Review, respond, and close cases assigned to Recognition queue in company system

Understand company field compensation plan

Handle ordering, fulfilling, shipping incentive redemptions for agents

Manage online retail store

Serve as a liaison between PHP and its vendors as it relates to online store inventory

Adhere to strict deadlines

Ensure Customer Owned Inventory (COI) are always stocked at store vendor

Procure for, prepare, plan, and manage any company off-site pop-up stores

This position may require occasional attendance/participation at events in the evening or on weekends

This position may require occasional travel to offsite events

Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

2+ years of experience in recognition or equivalent in recognition efforts through Direct Selling

Experience in procuring, purchasing, negotiating for purchase orders

Experience in retail sales a plus

Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Effective communication skills (written and verbal)

Great attitude

Self-starter and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment

Strong project follow-through

Good interpersonal skills and a team player
