Promotional Events Coordinator (Entry-Level)

We are hiring entry-level Promotional Events Coordinators to support event setup, logistics, and customer interaction during live promotional events and community campaigns.


What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Transport, set up, and break down event materials and equipment
  • Assist with on-site event operations and coordination
  • Support guest engagement and answer basic attendee questions
  • Help organize inventory, supplies, and event materials
  • Ensure events run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule
  • Collaborate closely with team members during event execution
