Special Event Assistant

Full-Time | In-Person | Events & Sales


Now hiring a Special Event Assistant to support live promotional campaigns, pop-up events, and customer engagement activities across the Cleveland area.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating face-to-face, and gaining hands-on experience in events, promotions, customer service, and sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Represent campaigns at live events and pop-up locations
  • Engage with customers and answer questions confidently
  • Promote services and process registrations or sales transactions
  • Set up and manage event displays and branded stations
  • Work with the team to achieve daily performance goals
  • Maintain a professional, energetic, and customer-focused approach
