Job description

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for setting up and tearing down of meeting spaces, pest control, carpet cleaning, small equipment repair, and change over with excellent internal and external customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Performs pest control of the facility as assigned.
  • Lifting or moving heavy furniture or equipment required.
  • Assists with changeover throughout the year.
  • Responsible for repair and replace requests for all camp inventory in guest cabins, meeting rooms, and offices as assigned.
  • Responsible for keeping the warehouse and all work areas in a neat and orderly state.
  • Responsible for maintenance and repair of vacuums, all small equipment, and furniture.
  • Responsible for some minor building maintenance.
  • Reports any repairs, concerns, and facility needs into the CMMS or proper department.
  • Relates graciously, positively and with a servant's attitude to all guests and staff.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
  • Supports and participates in staff spiritual life activities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in pest control desirable.
