Job description

Your future role at a glance

Location:  Indianapolis, IN

Facility: St. Vincent Health Corp Office 

Department: Consumer Experience 

Schedule:  Full Time | Day-shift

Salary:  $138,258.29 - $195,187.61 per year

Eligible for an annual bonus incentive

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Lead market-level execution of Ascension's Consumer Experience (CX) strategy, aligning system-wide CX goals with local strategic priorities and operations.
  • Serve as the key connection point between system strategy and market execution, representing local needs in enterprise conversations and translating system innovations into market impact.
  • Drive transformative change, accountability, and performance for all CX functions across the market.
  • Collaborate closely with market leadership in a highly matrixed environment, requiring strong communication and influence skills.
  • Build cross-functional relationships to embed CX as a core driver of strategic and operational outcome
What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional requirements you'll need
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
  • 5 years of consumer experience leadership, 7 years preferred
  • Healthcare background not required
  • Experience management background: hospitality, healthcare, etc
