Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Full-Time | In-Home & In-Clinic | $26/hr | Achievers ABA Therapy — Hammond, IN & Surrounding Areas

Achievers ABA is hiring certified RBTs for full-time ABA therapy with children with autism in Hammond and surrounding areas. We have both in-home and in-clinic positions available — consistent caseloads, strong clinical support, and a clear path forward if you're building a career in ABA.

The Role

You'll provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and in our clinic, working from individualized treatment plans developed and supervised by a BCBA. Your caseload is consistent, and your supervising BCBA is assigned from day one and reachable same-day.

What You'll Do

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and clinic settings

  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

  • Collect accurate session data and track progress

  • Build strong relationships with clients and families
