Apparel Production Associate
Fully Promoted is looking for an Apparel Production Specialist to join our production team. This is a hands-on role creating custom embroidered apparel and branded merchandise for local businesses, schools, and organizations. If you enjoy working with your hands, care about quality, and like seeing your work turn into finished products that customers are proud to use, this role fits.

What Youll Do
  • Operate heat press equipment and other apparel and promotional products equipment
  • Follow work orders to ensure accurate, on-time production
  • Perform quality checks on finished apparel and promotional products
  • Maintain equipment and keep the production area organized
  • Track inventory of garments, and supplies
  • Complete work orders accurately
  • Greet customers and assist with phone inquiries when needed
  • Support overall print shop and production operations
What Were Looking For
  • Experience or interest in embroidery, apparel production, print shops, or promotional products (we will train passionate people!)
  • Comfortable using computers and Windows-based software
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
  • Basic math and spelling skills
  • Ability to follow production processes and safety procedures
  • Previous experience in apparel production, custom product manufacturing, or a similar hands-on production environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
  • If youre creative, enjoy making things, and are excited to learn new skills while creating products customers love, this could be a great fit for you
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
  • Visual acuity for detailed embroidery work
  • Ability to lift up to 5060 lbs
Typical Schedule (actual work hours may vary)
  • Monday thu Thursday 9 am-5pm and Friday 9am-12pm
  • Weekends as needed
