Job description

Motif Tales is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented On-Site / Hybrid Customer Support Representative to join our team at our Princeton, NJ location (100 Overlook Center, 2nd Floor). You will be the primary link between our brand and customers, delivering excellent service and ensuring smooth order handling for our graphic tees and custom apparel.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication: Answer customer inquiries across email, live chat, and phone regarding order status, shipping, sizing, returns, and exchanges.

Order Management & Issue Resolution: Process returns, refunds, and replacements accurately. Work with production and fulfillment teams to resolve delivery delays, misprints, or stock discrepancies.

Product Expertise: Maintain detailed knowledge of Motif Tales' t-shirt fit specifications, fabrics, and current graphic collections to advise buyers.

Clerical & Inventory Support: Log customer inquiries, track recurring product feedback, and assist local operations with inventory updates and package handling.


Requirements & Qualifications

Location: Must be able to work on-site at our Princeton, NJ office.

Experience: 1–2 years in customer service, retail, or e-commerce support preferred.

Skills: Excellent written/verbal communication, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with e-commerce support platforms, email, and Google Sheets/Excel.

Attributes: Patient, solution-oriented, with a keen eye for detail and an interest in apparel/fashion.
