Apartment Leasing Professional
Location: Wingate, North Carolina
Pay: $19-$21 an hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 1pm or 10am - 2pm

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Apartment Leasing Professional for a beautiful multifamily community. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, sales-driven, and passionate about creating an exceptional resident experience.

Apartment Leasing Professional Responsibilities:

  • Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities
  • Respond to phone, email, and online leasing inquiries
  • Process rental applications and lease agreements
  • Maintain accurate prospect and resident records
  • Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
  • Participate in community marketing and outreach initiatives
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
  • Support property management with daily office operations

Apartment Leasing Professional Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience required
  • Experience with Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, OneSite, or similar property management software is a plus

  • Ability to work weekends as needed
