Bilingual Apartment Leasing Professional
Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced Bilingual Apartment Leasing Professionals to support diverse communities. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals fluent in English and Spanish who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and building positive resident relationships.
Job Duties:
  • Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community
  • Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process
  • Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Accurately handle deposits and rent payments
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in apartment leasing
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws
  • Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar leasing software
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must be able to tour the property, including stairs and outdoor areas
  • Availability to work weekends as needed
