  • Maintain a clean, professional workspace and organized tool inventory.

IDEAL CANDIDATES

We're looking for mechanics who offer:ย ย

  • Over 5 years of professional race mechanic experience (IMSA, WEC, IndyCar, or similar)ย
  • Preferred hands-on experience with hybrid or GTP-class systemsย
  • Proficient in vehicle setup and race car systems (engine, gearbox, drivetrain, cooling, fuel, suspension)ย
  • Competent with chassis build sheets, setup pads, and interpretation of rule booksย
  • Familiar with hand and shop tools, including mill, lathe, press, drill press, welder, etc.ย
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a team environmentย
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skillsย

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - AND WHY IT MATTERS HERE

This isn't just a paycheck - it's a career in elite motorsports. Here's what distinguishes this opportunity:ย

  • Competitive salary where experience and role responsibilities are taken in to account
