About the Role
Reporting to the Director, Global Brand & Motorsport Partnerships, the Program Manager, Motorsports Partnerships is responsible for end-to-end management of CrowdStrike's Racing Team marketing operations, including the utilisation of partnership assets, event delivery, and always-on content and communications across WEC, IMSA, and SRO.
What You'll Do
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CrowdStrike Racing Team and partners, managing day-to-day operations, relationships and stakeholder coordination
  • Manage and distribute partnership assets (credentials, hospitality, access, and experiences) to enable effective at-track activation
  • Drive the execution of content and communications across the season, working closely with social and comms teams to align with race moments
  • Build and maintain relationships with racing teams, rights holders (WEC, IMSA, SRO), circuits, agencies, and hospitality partners
  • Track and report on programme performance, delivering post-event recaps and insights
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of VIP guest programmes across the race calendar, including on-site execution
  • Lead the planning and delivery of hospitality programmes across U.S. and selected international races
  • Design and deliver premium guest experiences, including paddock access, pit tours, suites, and curated itineraries
  • Oversee event logistics and operations, including suppliers, budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination
  • Coordinate the development and delivery of key programme materials, including itineraries, briefing packs, reporting, and collateral
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, comms, legal, finance, procurement and external partners to ensure aligned delivery
  • Ensure all activities meet contractual, financial, and compliance requirements
  • Lead broader race team initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required

What You'll Need
  • 6+ years' experience in partnerships, marketing operations, or programme management within sport, entertainment, or related industries (brand or agency side)
  • Strong programme and project management skills, with high attention to detail and operational discipline
  • Experience supporting or coordinating content and communications, including guest communications, event messaging, and post-event follow-ups
  • Proven experience delivering complex, high-touch events and premium hospitality programmes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and with senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, always-on environment
  • Comfortable with frequent travel (20-30%), including race weekends, evenings, and international travel

Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience working with racing teams, series rights holders (WEC, IMSA, SRO), or comparable global sports partnerships
  • Background in international event delivery, including logistics, travel planning, and supplier/vendor management
  • Understanding of sponsorship measurement and performance frameworks
  • Familiarity with delegate registration processes, CRM systems and event technology platforms for guest management and reporting
  • Experience managing global programmes with complex logistics and cross-border compliance requirements

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $86,000 - $135,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
