  • Lead, motivate, and train the sales team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge required to achieve established sales objectives
  • Develop specific strategies for launching and positioning new generations of refrigerants in the market, addressing customer needs and regulatory changes
  • You are expected to manage and monitor import permits and other regulatory requirements affecting refrigerant commercialization
  • Conduct ongoing market studies to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities, recommending corrective actions when significant market variations occur
  • Maintain close relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty while developing new business opportunities
  • You are going monitor sales performance, prepare performance reports, and present results to executive management
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless customer service and compliance with corporate protocols
