Job description

Coordinate and monitor all stages of the import process, including documentation, shipment tracking, and delivery scheduling.

· Prepare and review import documents such as ISF’s, commercial invoices, packing lists and customs declarations.

· Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods.

· Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.

· Resolve discrepancies or delays by collaborating with internal departments and external partners.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all import transactions.

· Assist with tariff classification, duty calculation, and payment of customs fees.

· Monitor and report on shipment status and proactively address potential issues.

· Support audit activities and provide documentation as needed.

· Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for working with internal teams and external partners.

· Knowledge of import regulations, customs processes, and international shipping.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Proficient in analytical problem-solving and effective multitasking

· Strong analytical and documentation skills.

· Adaptability and willingness to learn new regulations and procedures.

Qualifications

· 1–2 years of experience in import/export operations, logistics, or supply chain management is desirable.
