Job Title: Implementation Project Manager

Location: Fairdale, KY 40118 (Onsite)

Hire Type: Contract (12 months+)


Note: May be required to work overtime and weekends during migrations. May be required to travel domestically. Travel may extend beyond domestic and will be assessed on individual basis.


Job Summary:

The Implementation Project Manager supports mid to large scale projects for Migration consisting of single/multi-site implementations with multiple products and services.

This position analyzes customer solutions/migrations and actively participates in successful solution migrations while meeting the needs of customers and the company. This position is involved in implementation model development for each project (e.g., deployment and plan definition, scheduling of implementation phases, communication, user acceptance training, project management, reporting, etc.)

The Migration PM Supervisor manages cross functional implementation teams and provides ongoing analysis of implementation projects, plans, templates, outcomes, lessons learned, and post-implementation audits, client communications, weekly reporting.

The Implementation Project Manager will need to travel to domestic locations to support account migrations.


Minimum Requirements:

  • PMP Certification (MUST HAVE)
  • Proficient in project management practice
  • Experience in managing multiple projects / workstreams at once.


Other Duties:

  • Hold meetings to review project status and follow up on action items
  • Work with Program Manager
  • Attends daily status meetings using Zoom
  • Use project management tools to track project success.
