This is not a passive project management role. This person is accountable for speed to launch, quality of implementation, and early-stage adoption signals that directly impact retention and expansion.

The Onboarding Manager sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success and is responsible for ensuring every customer goes live with a clear path to activation and growth.

Requirements

1. Customer Implementation & Launch Ownership
  • Own end-to-end onboarding for new customers from contract signature through launch
  • Define and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Drive customers to launch within defined timeframes (typically 30–90 days)
  • Ensure all core components are configured: branding, content structure, integrations, user provisioning

    • Product / Engineering (integrations, builds, timelines)
    • Customer Success (post-launch ownership)
  • Identify risks early and proactively remove blockers
  • Maintain clear communication internally and externally
3. Adoption-Focused Onboarding Strategy
  • Design onboarding plans that drive:
    • Provisioned → Active user conversion
    • Early field engagement (sharing, content usage, training completion)
  • Guide customers on best practices for:
    • Content structure (Vaults / Media / Learn)
    • Communication strategy
    • Launch campaigns to drive field adoption
4. Integration & Technical Coordination
  • Oversee integrations with customer systems (back office, SSO, APIs, etc.)
  • Translate technical requirements into actionable plans with engineering
  • Ensure data accuracy, continuity, and system alignment
5. Customer Enablement & Training
  • Lead onboarding calls, trainings, and launch readiness sessions
  • Equip customers with a clear operating model for Hussle
  • Ensure stakeholders understand how to drive adoption internally
6. Documentation & Process Standardization
  • Build and refine onboarding playbooks, templates, and workflows
  • Improve time-to-launch and onboarding consistency across customers
  • Capture feedback loops to improve product and onboarding experience

Required Experience

  • 2+ years in Implementation, Onboarding, or Project Management roles
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms, preferably in:
    • Enablement tools
    • CRM / MarTech / SalesTech
    • Direct sales or field-driven models (strong plus)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong ability to drive timelines and hold stakeholders accountable
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams

Benefits

Compensation & Financial Upside
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus tied to onboarding outcomes (launch speed, adoption, customer success)
