Our portfolio includes some of California's largest and most well-known private residential estates. Our commitment to excellence and collaborative work environment makes us a sought-after employer in the construction sector.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our General Contracting team and lead high-end custom residential remodeling projects with budgets of $5 to $15 million. • Develop and implement cost-control measures and documentation procedures to keep projects on budget and on schedule.
  • Manage subcontractor bidding, scope reviews, negotiations, buyout, change orders, prime contract changes, and project documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact for all project matters.
  • Conduct regular site visits with the Superintendent to proactively assess project performance and address any issues.
  • Drive schedule management, including critical path review, milestone tracking, procurement planning, long-lead coordination, and proactive delay management.
  • Lead project closeout, including punch list completion, final billing, owner turnover, warranty coordination, documentation, and lessons learned.

What we're looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
  • Experience managing large, complex custom residential or commercial construction projects, ideally with budgets in the $5 to $25 million range.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • A background in high-end custom residential homes or commercial buildings is required.
  • Expertise in reading and interpreting construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Advanced proficiency in project scheduling and the ability to forecast and manage potential delays.
  • Strong skills with project management software, including Procore, Plangrid, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
