Job Summary:
Comtech LLC is a woman-owned small business focused on delivering end-to-end solutions and products. They are seeking a Technical Project Manager to implement a client Budget System, coordinating with resources and ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Technical Project Manager to implement client Budget System
โ€ข Coordinate with staff resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of the project (implementation of the Budget System).
โ€ข Develop project scope and objective, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
โ€ข Ensure all deliverables are onโ€time, within scope and within budget
โ€ข Ensure resource availability and allocation
โ€ข Establish clear and concise communication plan
โ€ข Report status and escalate issues to City/Consultant management as needed
โ€ข Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Experience implementing Budget System, preferably for any government agency (must have)
โ€ข Strong understanding of municipal budgeting concepts
โ€ข Ability to develop a detailed project plan to track progress
โ€ข Knowledge of appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
โ€ข Ability to measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
โ€ข Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
โ€ข Ability to effectively perform risk management to minimize project risks
โ€ข Ability to maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
